Recommendations for daily itineraries

Just started planning for a possible September trip. I’ve forgotten so much since my last trip. Are there any places I can look for ride by ride itineraries? Looking specifically for each park - 1 day only and I’d like to not have to buy any lightning lanes. Also it’s 2 adults going. Thx

I use Touring Plans and use their planning tools. Worth the small subscription price to me both for their pre-planning and lines assistance while in the parks.

Start by choosing a few things in each park that you absolutely have to do, whether it be rides, snacks, shows etc.
Choose your starting point, then try to follow the map as much as possible without running from one side to the other all day - wastes so much time and you’ll be exhausted.
MK and Epcot are doable that way - MK goes around and Epcot can be done with an 8 pattern, both you can start and end at the same spot.
AK you can sort of do land by land depending what your interests are: Pandora, Africa, Discovery Island, Asia, then circle back through Dino Land.
HS to me is chaos and I feel so out of sync there, I don’t know what it is. I’d skip it on our next trip but DD loves Toy Story Land so that’s not an option.

Tom Bricker has some really good itineraries on his Disney Tourist Blog especially if you’re trying to maximize your day without LLs. His Early Entry posts in particular have a lot of good info.

While I’ve subscribed to them for years, I don’t personally care for the actual “touring plans” part of Touring Plans. A lot of people swear by it, but I’ve never liked planning days to the minute like that and it’s especially bad nowadays when downtimes are much more frequent. An algorithm spitting out what order to do things in doesn’t give you the “why” behind it, which is more important to me, because that gives you the info you need to pivot better when your plan fails.

I find much more value in the Lines app and the other planning tools (the automatic room request especially).

We were there last Sep (early part) and while we did use LLs for part of the time, we felt we did not need them and could’ve spent the $$ for other things. This year we will not be buying LLMP (going around the same time). We don’t mind waiting in queues, especially since we will have family with who’ve never been and we find some of the queues really great!

I appreciate you letting me know this. This is an extra vacation we want this year so I’m trying to keep costs down.
