Concierge window

We just had to change our dates for our cruise this summer luckily everything should work just fine except….no one can tell me when the booking window opens for concierge. I think we have missed it and since the change happened today disney hasn't had time to send me the email with our details. So - does anyone know what night I send in our requests to shoreside concierge at exactly midnight for a July 30 cruise? Thanks you so much!!!

Right now you're at 130 days, I know they were bumping up when concierge could book to 130 this summer, but can't remember the date. I would go ahead and shoot shore side concierge an email, or call and ask. Even if it opened today it's still only concierge so you should still be good, if not you're right at that window and they'll let you know the date.

This exactly! I missed the window for something BIG - by 3 hours because of the dang time zones. I sent an email about a week later, and they never really responded, but when I went to review my itinerary, there it was... in all it's glory. Now it's just a matter of keeping busy until we get to enjoy it. (YouTube videos help - thank you to those who post such things.)

I would call them immediately and wait on hold until someone answers. If you email, it will take days and days for a response.

requests can be sent in at the 130 day mark. My guess is, it isnt going to show up when you log into the website until 120 days out.

So instead of sending the requests at 125 days out, we can now send it at 130 days before? This is for a Wish cruise in August.

Did you get all the things that you asked for?

I did. We were dreaming of a cabana on Castaway Cay and when I logged in at the window opening moment (local pacific standard time) they were all showing as unavailable. I checked and checked and checked for a few days hoping to get lucky with someone changing their minds with no luck. So, I sent a request to get on a waiting list (if there was such a thing) and within 3-5 days it was in our reservation.

We are over the moon with gratitude and at 37 days to go it's hard not to pull out the luggage and get to packing.

If you use gmail to schedule the email and live in Pacific Standard time do you send it at 9pm? Thank you so much
