Forgive my ignorance, but how might one go about emailing guest services? I did a quick Google and not sure it took me to the right place.
My friend and I just returned from Disneyland where a HM cast member totally went the extra mile and helped us have a magical moment. We tried to go to Guest Services there, but it was closed by the time we left the park.
