OK, second longish post of the day:

Some of you may remember from our original thread, that I mentioned something called Dean's corner.

Dean's corner is a monthly meeting where all the libraries' staff/faculty are invited to come hear about things happening in the libraries. I played my vid last month, but before I knew I had lost.

So at yesterday's Dean's corner I made a brief announcement about contest, then tried to explain about Fleagle, this board, and group of people. I told about the DIScademy awards - and let them know they had won the award for Best Actor in a Supporting Role!

I had printed out the award and put it in a frame, and presented it to the group! They thought it was great - and wanted me to say thanks to you all. So...

Hey Cat! I don't think you realize just how fun and creative you are, but we've seen it here for sure! I watched your video again on YouTube while I was looking at some other things, and I have to tell you, I still love it--I can feel the excitement in that hallway at the end, and it always makes me laugh! Thanks for asking! Yeah, I'm hanging in there just fine. I'm really not looking forward to 'losing' an hour of sleep tonight (stupid daylight savings time!), especially since I have to be at work by 7:15 tomorrow morning (which of course will feel like 6:15, yadda, yadda . . )

Other than that, life is good. Of course it is impossible to tell how the voting is really going, but it is a fun process regardless!

I don't know the whole list. I know that Kenny said at one point he'd never been able to find Tangela or Jennifer (? I think). But even if we get 7 or 8 that should make for a pretty fun, spirited, Disney fan-filled evening!

Oh here's a sneak peek for you DISers. As you probably read earlier in this thread, we were emailed a couple of questions and were asked to submit a photo so that CareerBuilder.com/Disney could update our sites. It keeps things interesting and hopefully encourages people to keep checking in. Well, they should post those additions some time this weekend.

In one of my answers I coined another new word: Exhilagrativigoration They asked if we were nervous about the process - and I responded that more than nervousness, I was feeling a sense of exhilaration, invigoration, and a profound gratitude for all of my friends and family. THUS, I'm currently feeling a strong wave of "exhilagrativigoration"
