Broker and title company just have been doing their job, no prodding was needed from my side. I just made sure all my contracts were signed and money paid via CC quickly.

Now just need to wait for Disney to do their thing!

Waiting on ROFR on BLT. I would love this timeline. Did your deed really record same day? I have the same broker/title too.

The title company told me it was closed and the impatient me checked the county record the same day but the yellow banner said "record through Feb 26th" so waited over the weekend and checked on Monday and it showed up with the 02/28 recording date (even though the yellow banner shows through 27th).

Good thing about Orange County, FL is that they allow e-recording so it should be quick if the title company is doing their job and the seller gets document signed and notarized (for mine, it was e-notary).

I was/am very happy with the combo. It's our first DVC purchase, so wasn't sure what to except, but they've made everything super easy. Now we just wait on Disney...
