Mason Title to Beaufort for recording is quick based on my two experiences.

Did you get any kind of notification when that recording was done, or is the assumption is that it is just taken care of? Thanks for your help.

Both of my hhi resales were in 2021, but i found both about 48 hours after closing on the beaufort website. I used mason for both.

Who is your escrow officer? I’m also in the process of an Aulani escrow with first American and it’s taking way longer than my last one. I’m wondering if we both just have a slower escrow officer. My first Aulani contract with First American took 36 days between offer and points loaded into my account, which set me up for unrealistic hopes haha.

I think First American are really really slow. I sent my Aulani docs back and it was still a further month before they closed.

If I could avoid using them I would

You get told it’s been sent over usually. No notification once it records. You can check yourself though.

Thanks for posting this. I was able to see that one of my contracts has been recorded with the State of Hawaii using that lookup tool!

I started this thread during my 2021 resale adventure.
Now I am restarting the resale adventure in 2025!

For reference, I looked back at my 2 hhi resales in 2021 for this thread:
1st took 90 days (new member-feb to may)
2nd took 54 days (second uy-may to july)

I am now back with 2 akv resales in 2025 and still waiting! haha
