closing costs

i recently sold a bcv contract
the buyer paid all closing costs

I would swear the Disney Transfer fee was $125
I have been told by Florida LAw, it cannot be more than $100
is this correct?

I also paid a $20 ROFR FEE, is this correct?

Look at FL statutes 718, the way I read it, it applies to condos and timeshares. Unfortunately, 721, which is more specific to timeshares, doesn't contain the same language.
