closing costs/ yearly fees

I am sure it is here somewhere but I am too lazy to search 3 million posts. If I buy let us say 100 points from the timeshare store what kind of closing costs am I looking at. Also, I saw there was some kind of annual fee or maintenence cost so does anyone know how much that might be at the wilderness or maybe old key west resorts. thanks

2004 Dues for the DVC resorts are as follows..........

OKW-$3.68
SSR -$3.80
HHI-$3.86
BCV-$4.17
VWL-$4.22
BWV-$4.25
VB - $4.67

just so you understand, the dues cited are per oint. Don't know how familar you are with Disney's system. So mulitply the amount given by Nick VB by the number of points you have to get your yearly dues.
