Points for Rent: June 2025 UY @ $17per point (124 Points @ BLT and 180 Points @ AKL)

• $17 per point; $16 per point for rentals of more than 290 points.
• A 40% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining 60% must be paid one month before the arrival date, If the remaining 60% is not paid one month before the arrival date, the reservation will be canceled and the deposit will not be refunded.
• PayPal fee is 3% (e.g., for $1000 rent, the PayPal fee is $30, making the total payment $1030).
• No cancellations or changes are allowed after the reservation is made.
