Cindy's Breakfast advice & encouragement

I used 1-407-wdw-dine. I got a ressie the first day trying. Last year, I tried 6 days on the disney club number and never got one. Best of luck!!!

I do not think Disney has an 800 number. I would go with 407-WDW-DINE. That is how I got my PS for Cindy's. As soon as you hear the message that indicates they are open, push 1.

Good luck!

Use the 407-939-3463 number, and not the WDTC 800 number. Push 1 right away when you can tell the message is different (open message).

Boy, everyone wasn't kidding when they said this is tough. I started calling today. Got the message re: office closed, when I got in and heard different message, I pressed 1 immediately and by 7:05, they were sold out, even with the new times that WDWIG posted they were all gone for May 18th!

I guess tomorrow is another day:-(

Hey jerzgrl!! Keep tryin'!! I got in on my second day of trying, and I kept trying the other days to get a "more convenient" day with no more luck. Second try is a charm!!! Don't forget to start calling early - each day the CRO opened at a slightly different time. I actually got through on my first try in under two minutes - sold out. I'll be sending happy thoughts your way...good luck!!

I dont need to start calling for another month, but I have a question.....my party is 3 adults, 1 child and a baby. Do I ask for table for 5, 4 & a baby or just 4? I want to get all the info out really fast and dont want to lose my chance of a table while they decide how many to book for!!

I have a 15 day slot, so I am hoping to get one! Does calling from the UK reduce my chances??

Thanks!
Allie

When I called the CM forgot to book the baby. When I called to confirm, they said since the baby wasn't listed, we were at a table for 4 and they wouldn't put a high chair at the end of the table. I kept calling back and eventually got a table for 5 due to someone's cancellation. ( They are set up for 4 or 6.) You must include everyone in ressies or they won't let them in. Good luck! Don't forget to mention you need a highchair. I don't think that being from UK will hurt your chances except for the delay if you redial.

Tell them the total number in your party. Don't say the date you are looking for (it just wastes time and you should know the date that you are calling for). My conversation went like this: Cindy's, party of 4, first available seating.

The CM will then tell you the time she has (you say fine) and then will ask you for the ages of the children in the party, at which time you can tell her the ages. They will ask if you want a high chair for the little ones. You are also charged a deposit of $5 for each child ($10 for adults). I haven't gotten my credit card bill yet to determine if they put the deposit on children under age 3, but my guess is they probably do. This is fine as it just means less to pay when we get there (under 3 shouldn't be charged when you're there).

We are going in May. It will be 3 adults and a two year old. We were charged a $10.00 deposit for each of the adults and no charge for our daughter.

Both my husband and I ended up with a CRT reservation for May 19th, party of 4. I will be calling later today to cancel this. I will post later when I do!

Hello - I followed the advice exactly, although the CM came directly on the line without me having to hit "1" once I got in. We are 7 people and need two tables, but she said they will try very hard to put them together. What a magical way to start a vacation...this will be our first morning there! Thanks to all for the great advice. Sandie

I would love to take your reservation. I have a 4 and 5 year old and this is our first time to Disney and have been trying desperately for two days to get into CRT. I just can't get into CM fast enough.

Thanks to everyone for your consideration! I'm jealous of those who get in first time and have no problems. Maybe it's a problem with the NJ phones!

jrzgirl-

You need to be calling about 6:58 and hit 1 immeadiately after you think they are open. I read somewhere on here that people in that area are getting through on cell phones faster. I don't know if that's true. I live in Alabama and used a regular phone. Call a couple of times a day and have them check ressie cancellations for each day you'll be there.

Jerzgrl

Don't give up. Keep calling every day. I just got a ressie for 5/9 on Tuesday. The lady that I talked to said to call early in the day and keep trying until 2 days prior to your date. It will pay off. Good Luck.

Thank you for everyone's support on this page. With the help of another board member, we worked together and was able to get in.

I can't wait to see the eyes of my 4 and 5 year old when we go. I have a feeling that this will be the best one to go to as a first time disney family!

Thanks again to all.

I called every day for several days before I got in - keep trying! By the way, when I finally got in, it was a Saturday morning, and I punched zero instead of 1. Not sure if that made any difference, but I had a CM immediately. Good Luck!

Is availablility much more limited for a party of 5 vs 4?

Sometimes yes. Anything greater than 4 in a party usually requires more than one table.

I am finding the info people have been told about parties of 5 and high chairs quite interesting. We were also told that we had to make a res. for a party of 5 even though the baby would be in a high chair. Interestingly, his high chair was simply placed at the end of our table. (We were there in Dec.)

Hi, what is the latest reservation for CRT breakfast character meal? I just found out that there is no character meal at lunch and/or dinner, only breakfast. We have breakfast included in hotel cost, so I would prefer to do lunch, but what can you do.... We could eat light in the hotel and do the latest breakfast at CRT. Please help.
