I need to cancel my 9:00 am reservation for May 19th. It is for a party of 6. If someone here wants it, I will try to coordinate times with them so they can pick it up as soon as i get rid of it.

I will also be cancelling a Storybook Princess breakfast for May 20. Again it is for 6 people.

I will be cancelling our reservations for Sat., April 26 th. Due to all the flight changes Delta has done to our plans, we will not be goin to WDW. We are so disappointed I cannot tell you. I will be calling them tomorrow after work around 12:30.

Ok, for the experts, we start calling at 6:58am (5:58 my time), press 1 when it's open, now do I hold, or hang up and call again and only stay on if I get a live person? Then say Cindy's, party of 4, June 5,6, 7, 8, or 9th, lol. Do I have this right? Thanks! We start calling Sunday, getting nervous!

Yep - you have it right. Except... the lady that answered the phone the first day we tried (and it sold out in 4 minutes) told me to start calling 5 minutes before. But you hold... don't hang up. It also helps to have more than one person calling. I had 3 people from 3 different lines trying. Called 3 days and never got in. BUT... there are WONDERFUL people you meet on these boards. One new friend called to try to help me get my ressie. She got up that early to try and help me! Then another got 2 ressies and gave me her cancellation. Watch the board! Good luck.

My day to call for CRT is Easter Sunday.........will the phone lines be open as usual??? If not, do I need to call the day before or the day after??

Has anyone ever had this happen? I was calling to help a friend make reservations this past Sunday, March 30th, and dialed about 6:45 EST just to get the number on my redial. I was shocked when I got a CM and there were just 2 tables of 4 left for the day. So my suggestion would be to start calling early just in case.

My husband and I marked the date on the calendar to book breakfast at Cinterella's Castle..., kids way excited..., even argued about who would get through first. 'The' morning came, 7am came and went... we forgot. At around 7:30 I had a moment of clarity and although I figured it was hopeless I called anyways... even the agent was in shock but we snagged the last table for 4! Sooo... my advice is to keep trying, you never know if someone will cancel or you may hit a down time.

First of all, thanks everybody for the advice. It was worth reading through all the pages! I'm a DVC member & have been to WDW many times, but I have two sons and so the race for PS's at CRT was new to me. We're going with my SIL and her two "princesses."

Anyway, we got a PS for our first day, Sunday, June 8 at 9:10am for 5 people, and then we got the day we really wanted later in the week. So I am going to cancel the 6/8 PS. If anybody wants it, email me and we can coordinate. My guess it that you could use it for up to 6, since that's probably the table size. Good luck everybody!

Does anyone know how good DU does at getting Cindy's? We got ps's once ourselves, but this time I'm handing all that stuff off to DU since I'm back working. Asked them to try for Cindy's, but also Princess Breakfast at Norway. Just curious as to if they have any better luck than the 'average' person calling.

I had a two day window for a table of five in June. Got it on the second day. I think I blew it on the first day because I was slow on hitting the 1 when the message changed. Thanks for the tips on how to do it!!!!!!

Anybody else ever had this happen?

I called yesterday morning for CRT (first time ever to try) and got it thanks to tips read on this board. Since that is our morning to move on-site after arrival day, I had wanted a late breakfast and got 10 am.

About 30 minutes later, I got a call from Disney Dining... she said some (all?) computers had locked up and they had to hold some calls, do some shuffling, and I got reassigned to an 8:30 seating with a new reservation number and everything. Not really my first choice, but hey, at least we have a table!

goofy4tink, I have the same question as you. I have handed over my reservations to Dreams Unlimited and would love to let them get Cinderella's breakfast for us. I hope someone has an answer for us.

Got through at 6.58, pressed 1, and got a CM straight away. Table for 5, 9.35, 6/20. I have one happy little Princess today!

Thought I might have trouble calling from the Uk, but it was a breeze! Good luck to everyone trying!

I have to cancel my reservation for June 5 at 9:15 am. I will be doing it today. We had to reschedule our whole vacation, so I get to try again in 3 weeks! I hope I get another ressie or I think dh will quit his job (his job is why we had to reschedule)!!
