Cindy's Breakfast advice & encouragement

the reason why you are getting those reservations is because of the prepaid. Most guests used to book 3 or 4 ADR's because they don't have any concepty of ITINERARY. I suggest you book the dinner to get the Cinderlla Lithograph and the Photo even though Cinderella isnt there.

Is it true when you call to reserve CRT and they are sold out that might not always be the case because they hold back seatings and release them as they get to the 60 day and 30 day mark for that breakfast????? Curious to know the answer.......

I heard the very same thing. Not sure if it's true or not.

BTW, if anyone is interested in CRT lunch, I just did this with my family (it was quite easy to get). I know they're changing the menu and prices, but the salmon we had was wonderful, as was the steak and the sandwiches. The princesses were all over the place (Aurora, Mary Poppins, Fairy Godmother, Snow White...FGm even gave my DH a kiss!), and Cinderella was so sweet to the little ones at the photo place. I'd say it was well worth it, just because it fit so well into our touring plans, and the food was good, service was good, princesses were attentive, atmosphere was fantastic.

that is not true about the 30 and 60 day rule. No Tables are held. Btw there is only fairy godmother and the mice at CRT for dinner. The Princess Story Book Dining has all the princesses including cinderella. She is also at 1900 park fare for dinner. Cinderellas galla feast.

The Fairy Godmother is THE best character anywhere at WDW. She is our favorite. She spends a lot of time with everyone. My DD12 who looks much older didn't get much attention except from her and also Alice at the 1900 Park Fare breakfast.

I totally agree with you...she is the best one of the bunch! But to be fair, all the princesses (except Aurora) made themselves very available, and even though we didn't have any little ones to make over, we were not overlooked. But FGM is definitely the one we want to take home with us (esp. DH)

I received confirmation for July 2, 2006, at CRT, 9:35 am for 3. My two girls will be in heaven!

The reservation agent was PAINFULLY slow!

CRT: this time we had to wait in a line to get a picture with Cinderella. All of the Princesses taking pictures are very photogenic for obvious reasons. We miss seeing the Fairy Godmother in the waiting area. I didn't like the line for pictures--too stuffy & felt crowded when it usually doesn't. I used to like walking into the lobby area and relaxing for a minute or two before going up to the breakfast room. I missed having Cinderella come around the tables with the other Princesses too. The Fairy Godmother was loud and boisterous. I could see why people like her, but she was on the border of being annoying! I think that she belonged in Whispering Canyon. I ended up canceling my planned Bday breakfast in the Castle on the 31st. I have two CRTs booked at the higher price for our April Trip that I'll post before I cancel them. Since the price for that will include the picture with Cinderella, I don't want to take the chance that my little one will not be in a picture taking mood. We've done CRT many times already, and we'll try the My Princess Party next time, or something else. It just isn't my favorite anymore. The service was lacking too, where it had once been flawless. I didn't get cream for my coffee until I was done with my breakfast! It just isn't the same to me, and definitely not better!
SBP dinner: Ariel was the Princess taking pictures before being seated. We passed since my daughter was asleep! $31.99 for 8x10 and two 4x6s or 5x7s(don't remember the size) and cover. Cinderella, Jasmine, Aurora (the very friendly one!) and Belle came around, spending a fair amount of time at each table. Food was good to us (DH veal dish, I had pasta w/ salmon), but we couldn't picture our 12 year old son liking anything on the menu. I would check out the menu before booking it. We did purchase the picture package taken with Belle during the SBP breakfast earlier in the week.
1900 Park Fare: Buffet Dinner was good as usual. Prince Charming was once again charming, and had the best-looking signature! Cinderella was sweet as can be...Great selection of food, great service etc... worth going to at the Grand Floridian...just had to see the gingerbread house... Mary Poppins was available to take pictures with before being seated. Fairy Godmother, mice were friendly and spent some time with each guest.

Cinderpals:
The princess meal at Epcot now has pictures to purchase as well?
Thanks

Yes! We were there for breakfast on Christmas morning. Picture with very photogenic Belle in the yellow dress turned out great with my daughter in her Christmas Dress. DH couldn't pass it up! They brought the picture package out to your table and let you decide whether or not to purchase it, like they do at Chef Mickey's and now at CRT. SBP dinner on night of the 31st had Princess Ariel in her white dress (as I recall, don't know if they change Princesses on different nights) for picture taking. Same deal offered. Go prepared with your little Princesses ready for a picture!

Although, I passed on purchasing the pictures with Cinderella at the CRT, they also let you take your own picture with your camera while the photographer takes the "official" picture. They didn't have the photographer with the photo cards available though.

We are going in May and decided to suck it up and pay the higher price for CRT since the family we are going with has never done it. I was surprised how easy it was to get the day and time I wanted.

Also, the new "rule" about pre-paying can be worked around. She was going to charge my credit card for the total amount (7 people, that' a lot of dough!), so I said, we might do the Dining Package, so she said she will just hold our credit card and charge us $10 per person if we don't cancel in the 24 hour period.

There is a new policy to charge people in full for the reserved priority seatings? I hope that is a misprint!

Nope my firend just made her ressie for march and she paid in full for four adults and two kids a whopping 280.00 bucks...she almost fell over she has never been before and I told her it is worth it////now you get a picture included with the meal they told her valued at 30 ish a person...

wow another way to manipulate us. And you wonder why we are adding the prepaid version. =). Plus the prepaid isnt in effect till after feb1st same with the pictures. Also there is lots of new reps on the phones so thats why it was slow.

OMG!! No wonder all of you are getting the dates you want!! There is no way in heck I'm paying $120 to eat breakfast or lunch with the princesses. When did they jack up the prices so much? A year ago we were going to pay a lot less than that when we had reservations (we had to give them up when our dates changed).

My DH always said, "it was the thrill of hunt and not really eating in the Castle." :rotfl:

 That's kinda true/sad!! Getting a reservation for your girls that everyone else wants!! We do enjoy being in the castle too though!!

we raised the price because people were making more than 1 reservation. Cinderellas royal table is the most requested on property and people that lie to us about the dining plan are taking magic away from other guests. You have to pay for the dining plan. Dont forget you get the photo package free. If youre on the dining plan it takes 2 tables services. Shoot me an email and let me know what dates you want. I can try to help you. =)

What do you mean about the dining plan? You don't have to have a package to make a reservation now, do you? Even with people making more than one reservation and cancelling them they still sold out those meals every day :confused3 .

you need to be on a Magic Your Way + Dining package to be on the disney dining plan.
you get a table service, counter service, and snack per day for everyone over 3.

table service - entree. appetizer. desert and non alc. drink
counter service - full combo meal with desert and drink
snack - snack

407 - w disney

you can book cinderellas breakfast lunch or dinner for feb and beyound but we need full payment up front with a 24 hour cancel policy to get your money back.
