Cinderella's Royal Table ADR's unavailable even after renovation completed 3/7/15

I am planning a Spring Break 2015 visit to WDW. I went online this morning to make my CRT ADR and encountered two problems. First, the online site was not working and I could not make any online reservations. The CM I spoke to this morning indicated she had heard there were problems with online ADR's the last couple mornings.
Second, CRT ADR were not available for any of my dates in March - although all the dates I want are after the posted 3/7/15 re-opening date. The CM said it was due to the refurbishment. Anyone know what that means? Is it because they might not reopen on time or because the refurbishment is going to add or remove tables meaning the ADR process has to undergo a "refurbishment" of it's own? That is just my guess.

The online system does not always work i would just keep checking. Also Disney may not be allowing for ADRs just after the refurb incase it needs to go longer this is a significant 3 month refurb and it may run long. If I were you I would just keep trying.
