Cinci restraunt info

We are going to be in Cinci June 8 and 9th. Going to see Jimmy Buffett on the 8th, then a Reds came on the 9th. We are staying at the Ramada on W 8th street. We are looking for some good, not super pricey places to eat that are something different from what we have here.

We have the chains.....Applebee's, Chili's, Ruby Tues, TGIF's, LoneStar, Logan's, O'Charley's, Texas Roadhouse.

We were going to do a really nice dinner b4 the concert, but seeing as the car engine threw a rod and is now being replaced at a cost of 5grand, the money is going to be really, REALLY tight on this trip. Bought both sets of tickets and 3 days later, is when the engine went. If it weren't for bad luck, I'd have no luck at all.

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

There are is lot of restaurants around there, If you like Fish and chips Nickelsons on 7th street and Walnut street across from arnoff center.
At newport on the levee arcross the bridge to ky, is some good restaurants too. Brios, sleep out louies. and other ones , Their is also montogomery ribs near downtown.

My favorite place to eat is Skyline Chili. Cincinnati chili is different than what you are probably use to. It doesn't have beans, they're an extra, and they serve it over spaghetti. Add grated chedar cheese and it's a three way, add onions and you have a four way. And don't forget the coneys, a small hot dog with chili and tons of grated cheese. One vacation I think we ate at Skyline for every meal but breakfast.
