Church Fire

The Church DH I got married in is on fire. It doesn't look good. It started around 7pm this evening and still not under control. The name of the church is Pitman United Methodist Church.

Oh, I'm sorry!! I will pray for the Congregation. How sad around the holidays. Churches and Communities always come through at times like these, this is America. I'm sorry for you though that that piece of nostalgia for you will be damaged or destroyed. Keep the faith, something good will come of this.

When a large fire happens in a church it usually does not make for a good ending! Sorry this happened in your community.

I'm so sorry to hear that as well. A church is like family, when you have faith in your life. We also must live near each other. I hear it on the way to work tonight while driving up 42.

My church Stockbridge United Methodist, burned one year ago so I know how hard it is to see happen. I can tell you things will get better, and in the end, this pulled our community closer together.
