(Christmas) Lights, Decorations, Action…..A Post-Christmas PTR (update 12/22-page 42)

Your pictures are beautiful!

We went over New Year's 2006 and some days we were shorts and some days we were pants. But it was never too cold or too hot. We just went for Mardi Gras in Feb and froze.

I've never heard of post office either.

I think all those newcomers pouring in probably ran off after reading about you and the guys talking about playing post office. :lmao::lmao::lmao:
This gives a connotation that I don't think he intended. Right Marv? Marv?
No, not what was intended. But you know Kathy. She's trying to stir things up in hopes it will keep us from doing too much damage on her thread while she's gone the next few days!:sad2: Sorry Kathy, too late for that! :rotfl2:

Typically we have to take our trips during the hot summer months. It's easy to pack then. Bathing suit, shorts, and short sleeve shirts/T's. When we go this December it will be watch the weather forecasts right up until the last second but then still have to pack short sleeves/long sleeves, shorts/long pants, light jackets, hoodies and maybe even gloves. The good news is we only have to pack for five days or we might need twice as many suitcases as we do for a 9-10 day trip in the summer.

wow you can google anything.

i found out what it was.
:thumbsup2
Yeah, I hate to think the education my boys get via google..... :scared1:

BTW, the post office is historically closed on the weekends, so don't be trying to figure out how to get your parent's to keep Parker the next few days! :rotfl2:
I'm here! Only 18 pages - I should be able to get up to speed quickly! :cool1:
:welcome: JEN!!!

Oh sure, rub it in right off the bat! Liesa's new thread will probably pass mine in magnitude by tomorrow evening...... :rotfl:

Just kidding you! Always enjoy having new people join in the fun! Hopefully I will post some things that keep people wanting to come back for more!!! :)

Thanks for the welcome! Don't worry - I think I hold the record for the shortest PTR with the least number of readers. I guess we can't all be popular - Geez - it's like high school all over again! :lmao:

I think I have DH talked into a trip so I may try my hand at it again and will hope for better results this time!

Took Marv a while to answer you there, didn't it? I think he had to think about it.

Honey, I don't have to TRY anything. :rotfl::rotfl:

You do realize that I'm gone more than a few days so you'll have your work cut out for you (I'm gone until the 29th).

Nope, answered as soon as I saw your post. I was busy last night writing the first day of your trip report to put on your thread tomorrow night! You won't believe the trouble you and Mark will get into on the flight! Spin the Mini Bottle indeed!!!! :sad2:

Yeah, but unless Mark has caught wind of that little laptop secret, you are planning to attempt damage control as early as the 21st. BTW, that is the day I get to do the double digit dance! :yay:

Well I am sure playing post office with you fellas would be a very enticing offer if I knew what that heck that even meant. :)

Guess I am off to google!

Glad to have you on board! Great to hear about the NYE trip! Love to hear any suggestions you have to make the trip better! Won't be so focused on the rides. Planning to get APs since we will be back next June, so we can get our fill of those then. (although there are a few I will definitely make time for this trip too)
