Chicken-fried steak

I love chicken fried steak with white gravy. There's nothing like it San Antonio has a place called Speck's that serves the most delicious chicken fried steak in town. It's sooooooo good. Great, now I'm craving CFS! Along with homemade mashed potatoes

You are honestly the first person (in all of my 40+ years) that I have heard say they like chipped beef! I love it on toast-how about you?

I love it!!!!!! I never had it until I met my DH. My MIL makes it. I also love it on eggs. When we went to PA one time we went to this breakfast in the pan place and had chipped beef, fried kielbasa, and sausage gravy over our eggs and pancakes. I am amazed my heart didn't explode!!!! Of course we went snowboarding afterwards where I thought I was going to barf but that breakfast was so good!!!! I may now have to make CFS since we have never had it!
