Checked Bag Policy - US Airways

There are 4 in my travel party on 3 different US Airways reservations. One reservation has 2 people on it. We plan on checking in online. When the reservation with 2 people check in, will each person be able to check their first bag for $15.00, or does US Airways treat the checked bags by reservation number?

It's 1 per person, so the first one for each person will be $15. If you bought your ticket after 4/23, there will be a $5 surcharge if you do not pay the fee during online check-in.

Ok Thanks. One last question. When I check the bags online, can I just go to a kiosk or ticket counter and drop the bags off or do I need to check in again at the airport? Sorry, this whole bag thing is new to me.

This is info I would like to know as well. We'll be flying US Air for the first time in years next month and being sooo used to checking bags for free with Southwest for so long, I'm not used to having to pay now. LOL
