speaking of uck staley, I take it you are feeling better
Nope. Not at all. This cough will NOT go away, and now the hubby has it. Mikalah has kicked it though, and oddly... the boy never got it. :confused3 He is the one who almost ALWAYS has a cough so I was for sure that he would have it.
Ok we are going to watch drillbit taylor in the family room so I must go for now.

Goodnight

Night!

We dont have a Sams nearby.. I was on the way to lessons, and didnt have time to shop around, just run in and grab something. I will probably try to look a little more next weekend. Right now most of our stores are clearing them all out for school clothes.

all I need to do is grab a few school supplies...the kids are ready...I even have a new lunchbox I got for DD last year at J.C.P. on clerance for 1.00...I got 3...I intend on using one myself this year....

Night!

I havent bought anything for school yet. NOTHING. I dont know what I am waiting for... and engraved invitation maybe?

I used to be addicted to going to the gym. About 3 hours a day. :scared1: My dr said I was hurting my body working out that much. I kept saying "but what about pro atheletes" He would point out that the majority of them had several surgeries by the time they were 40. Good point. anyway, we stopped the gym but dh got it back again recently for me. Maybe I can go since the kids will be in school. :thumbsup2 But not 3 hours a day!

Yesterday I walked 6 miles. I just kept walking and listening to my ipod. When I got home I got in the car and clocked it at 6.2 miles! I was shocked because I wasnt even winded but my legs and butt hurt pretty bad today. I think I'll do that more often.

Yes I've had 3 CAT scans about my headaches. My grandma died of a brain tumor when she was 40 so my dad was very paranoid and told my family DR to check frequently since she used to get migraines.

My brother Dan is epilleptic. Epilepsy and migraines are related and often they use the same meds to treat both of them. This junk runs in our family.

Anyway, its been about 7 years since my last CAT scan so I'm probably due. PLus I'm sure he'll get a chest XRAY since I had some spots on my lungs last year. I think that was 2 years ago. I was diagonsed with Valley Fever and was in the hospital with chest pains. Turned out it was just the Valley Fever. Not that big of a deal the DR said about 80% of the valley have Valley Fever. Shortly after I lost weight and got down to a size 6. That is VERY skinny for me as I consider myself skinny and looking GREAT at a size 10 or possibly an 8. So anyway, after that I slowly put the weight back on to a healthy size 10 but then I had the miscarriage and from then on out its just gone up and up. :confused3 I'm in a funk.

ACK there is my medical history. GEESH.

Hey i had Valley Feer when I was pregnant with Derrick many moons ago. I also went into the hospital. I was on my way to my good friends wedding in So Cal. My oldest son was along with me. He was only like 13 months old. Dave was joining me later cuz of his job. So about half way there, my back started to hurt, and wouldn't go away. Then it got to the place where I couldn't take a breath without my chest killing me. So I made it to a hospital, called Dave on a pay phone (no cells then), and checked myself in. They put me in a room, my son next to me in a crib. They put me on oxygen, and took Xrays. They found a couple of spots on my lung. Eventually I started to feel better, and I left for the wedding. I was bridesmaid, so I kind of needed to keep going. After all was said and done, I had more test done, and it was confirmed that it was Valley Fever. I just had to take it easy. Thank goodness I had a fairly mild case. I know some people who have really been sick in the hospital for awhile.

It's late for me!

Good night to all who are not here anyway! :rolleyes1

Things are good finally. Sorry I disappeared. Blame Alex. I just bought a Wii Fit :yay:

Lucky!! They are completely sold out here and none of the stores know when they will get more in stock :( I really want one. Where are you guys finding them?

Here ya go! :teeth: Now you have no excuse! :rotfl: ;)

I got to leave work on time today. I was afraid having missed yesterday that it would be crazy but it actually wasn't. Our HR just finished the month-end closing and I took care of all the billing invoices I had to do last Friday so it wasn't bad.

I am feeling a lot better today but I had the worst migraine for some reason. My head was pounding on the right side so I took advil for migraines, which helped.

I went over to the mall and did some shopping at Victoria's Secret and Macy's. In Macy's I spotted a yellow Lotus in the parking lot and took a pic with my digital camera. :smooth: I found 1 Billabong t-shirt on clearance. It was marked on clearance for $12 but it was really $9. :thumbsup2 I found a Quiksilver shirt too but it was regular price but I had a $5 coupon.

Went to Victoria's Secret and got some cool pants. They were on sale for $24.99 for all their sweat pants. The ones I got are thin and cotton and perfect for the summer weather. It's not thick like their fleece ones.

My bf asked if I wanted to go to DL this Saturday. My response was: HECK YEAH BABY! :lmao: I made a PS this evening for Blue Bayou. This will be the last of his 3-day park hopper ticket. Hopefully it won't be too crowded or hot. We plan to bring the mister again, which is light to carry and a life saver in this awful heat. :faint: Today it was 104!!! I almost fried! :scared1:

Oh gosh! Ya know my DR was explaining that so many people have it without ever having severe enough symptoms and dont know. About the same time I had it my neighbors dog had it and they had to give the dog meds everyday and it was a pain. I was teased endlessly for hanging with the dog in the dirt during the day! :lmao:

I went to the ER and they admited me for 3 nights. My dad's heart attack still fresh on my mind and here I was stuck in the cardiac unit!:scared1: I was so scared. It was a major precaution because of my dads death and because they had to rule out everything before I could go home. It was scary though.
