ladies, its been a night.....last week my neighbor got a call to do this stupid pannel thing....she BEGGED me to do it with her....I said no over and over...finally after being sick of hearing about it I agreed to go....

so today was the day...now mind you she loves this kind of stuff...so, I agreed to meet her there...this evening I get ready, I tried to call her and couldn't get ahold of her so I just thought she was busy setting up her classroom..no biggie...

I go to this stupid thing, sign up and take a seat..saving one for her...she didn't show up...it was for facial junk...........I must say...I don't think they were to happy that I walked out after a few mins...

Time to jump in the shower and make the dreaded Wal Mart run. Our Wal Mart is crowded enough, but we have all the dang tourists making it 10 times worse.

Jake's day was better today and he had a friend who wore the same Sideout shirt he did to school and they pretended to be twins on the playground. He made a card for his teacher that said "I like school" on the outside and "I love school" on the inside. Morgan wrote the words and cut it out to be a heart shape.

I didnt get much shopping done as I went up north and stopped my my brothers girlfriends new kindergarten room. I helped her set it up most of the day. Its her first year and she's so nervous she almost quit 3 times before school starts on Monday. Her room is coming together nicely though. She will do fine once the jitters and butterflies are all gone.

My DR did some blood work to check my thyroid level because I had gained a larger amount of weight than I thought since I had been in there a year and a half ago. THAT was scary to hear. He said I will get my results in 2 days.

Also I have a CT scan scheduled for migraines. No big deal. Routine actually since its been awhile since I had one. He did give me some meds that have worked well in the past. Topomax is what I take on a daily basis and midrin for breakthrough medication. Everyone hates Topomax because it makes you forgetful and spacey. Well, I'm already that way so I never noticed that side effect.

You cant drink carbonated beverages on it because they taste like urine that came out of a 2 year old dumpster full of rotten meat that was never emptied. That is putting it nicely. So all day I drank Diet Coke since that is coming to an end. I will not be able to stand it by tomorrow.

Eh, I get kidney stones anyway long before I took topomax. But yes to the skunk! Boy that stuff is NASTY.

The first time I noticed it, hadnt read the warnings, I told dh that his diet coke was WAY off in his restaurant so he changed everything on it just taking my word for it. I tasted it again and almost threw up. He almost called Coca Cola til he tasted it and said it was normal. I was so confused until I got home and read my med info and was like No more COKE!

THIS is what I had today. 2 54 ounce Diet pepsi's at circle K A large Diet coke at Subway. A 54 ounce diet pepsi at quiktrip and a route 44 diet coke at sonic now. I'm swimming in the stuff now because I know I cant have it tomorrow. I mean the taste part hits you fast.

I was on it for 6 months...was told it would help with the headaches and would treat the epilepsy....NOBODY said anything about kidney problems...one day I am in ER ...with what the dr said was like gravel in my kidneys...so after he he argued with my neuro and a week later in hospital I was switched to keppra and have had no kidney problems, nasty tastes and fewer headaches...

I went to Target yesterday to get Mikalah a new swim suit... hers smelled like hot pool funk when I washed it, and they had the CUTEST school clothes out! Best part? SHe can actually wear them now, since she has grown out of the toddler chub, and is no longer wearing diapers. Can you believe Alex is still wearing the same size as last year? The child never grows.

Keppra didnt help my headaches at all. In fact I noticed an increase in them.

you know what else I cannot take is Imitrix. I did the shots and the first one I was in the hospital with severe chest pains. It was terrible. I will NEVER take that med again!

Since i get kidney stones anyway thanks to my dad I didnt notice any difference when I was on Topomax last time. I was only on it for 4 months and they took me off of it to see if I had broken the cycle. Well, cycle came back! Now we are trying again. I only took 100mg a day though. I've heard of people taking up to 400mg a day and that might make a difference.

Thats what I thought! I was going to pick Mikalah up a bunch of them, since she is going to be swimming during the fall and winter, and good luck finding suits then! But I went into Target, and they had NOTHING in her size!! NOTHING AT ALL. I had to get her something a size smaller, thinking a 2 piece would work since she is so tall. Good thing I only spent $3. on it, because I practically had to grease the child up to get her out of it. So I am going to just order her something online. I am looking at the speedos, they will most likely last longer, since her old suit pretty much just fell apart... and smelled like hot pool funk.

OMG...I had a reaction to imitrax...imitrex what ever....my throat closed and I couldn't breath....my neuro was like after the topomax we can try this other medicine but its in the imitrex family and you will have to do a hospital stay...what an idiot...uhhhh nnnnnnnnnnnoooooooooooo
