Hi everyone. I went to DL and DCA this past Tuesday and took the 460 bus to/from the parks for the first time. Just wanted to give some information because when using Google Maps some info was a little outdated.
From the Fullerton Park and Ride, you wait at Bay 1,2, or 3 (they are all adjacent to each other). On Google Maps and some other websites it says Bay 14 which no longer exists (the last bay was Bay 13).
There is no longer a stop at the employee entrance which Google Maps says to get off at (or wait at). The stop is just Disneyland and the bus driver I'm guessing will typically announce it by calling out "Last Stop!"
When you take the bus back, you wait at the same stop that you were dropped off at and not the other side.
The ride for a full paying adult is $1.75 each way (have exact change).
The bus was delayed on each route. One of the passengers who was waiting with me at the Disneyland stop who appeared to regularly take the bus, said that the bus that departs DL later in the day (I took one of the buses that was before 7PM) is typically late because the driver is on their break and he pointed to the rest stop for bus drivers which is behind the trees and bushes before Harbor. He was right lol.
Bus ride was around 15 minutes.
Never felt unsafe on the bus although the returning bus did smell like urine.
The Park and Ride Station was seedy at night.
Will definitely do this again as I try to avoid parking at Disneyland altogether. During my 2 previous trips I stayed at motels in Fullerton that included a shuttle using a credit card "free" night, and points.
