For people without a Chase Freedom card, I highly endorse it. And now, Chase offers $300 Cashback with a New Chase Freedom Credit Card Approval after you Spend $500 total in the first 3 Months.

But I am already a Chase Freedom card member. I joined in 2010 without any promotion. Still, I emailed them telling them I never received an enrollment bonus to see if I can get the current promotion. I was not expecting a positive response, but it never hurts to ask, right? Here was their response ...
I then went and cashed in the 5,000 points for a $50 statement credit. Go try it if you too did not get an enrollment bonus or you got a worse enrollment bonus within the last 90 days. Good luck!

Thank you for your inquiry.
With the continual changes and promotional offers for many
credit card products we at Chase will always consider
allowing the newest promotion to be applied to any
qualified accounts that were opened within the previous 90
days of the offer. In reviewing the open date on the
account, I regret to advise that the account is not
qualified to participate in the new enrollment promotion
and therefore we are unable to honor your request.
Although we appreciate your loyalty, we ask that you trust
that this decision is the same for all members whose
accounts do not fall within this designated time frame. We
feel that adhering to the same policy for all members
outside of this designated time frame is the best way to
remain fair and consistent.
You are a valued customer and since we are not able to
enroll your account on the said offer, I have credited
5,000 bonus points to your account. This adjustment will
be reflected on your next statement.
I hope this information is of assistance to you. If you
have any further questions, please reply using the Secure
Message Center.
Thank you,
