Character Lunch at Cindy's

Our August WDW vacation is booked with Dreams Unlimited and my agent recently emailed me to inform me that they will be offering a Character lunch at CRT beginning in June. I was thinking of booking this instead of the breakfast as we have the MYW meal plan so I figured lunch would be better bang for our buck.

Also all my PS is supposed to be booked by my travel agent (I think booking begins next month). Has anyone ever used this service? If so how successful was the agent in getting the days/times you wanted?
