I will admit I am the mother of an 11 yr old Girl. However I am currently planning a trip for my nephew who will be 11 at the time of our trip (his first trip)!! Guess what he wants for meal? Just Guess? He wants CRT!!! He wants Chef Mickey's and he is thrilled I was able to book them!!
With that said I do think some new character meals would be nice.
The current meals they have are interesting to me. The princess meals combine multipal movies attracting a wider audience. Making them extremely popular meals. Even if your childs favorite princess is Belle your interaction with the other princess increases the chance your child will want to see that princess's movie, and possibly buy products associated with them.
Pooh is a Stand alone movie all of the characters in this movie are memorable and loveable in their own right. This movie is popular with Boys/Girls and may very well be the first Disney movie every child watches as a toddler.
Chef Mickey's The Fab Five!! 'nough said

With Mickey Mouse You cant lose. This too is a gender neutral meal.
The Preschool meals are honestly to me more boy related than girl. (Oso, Handy Manny, and Jake) However at preschool age the kids dont really care.
Which brings me to Stitch personally I believe this is totally a boy meal. How many girls really enjoy the grossness of Stitch and appreciate it the way boys do? Having a girl of my own I know Stitch is not a high priority. But My nephew loves him.
Chip and Dale are equally loved by both genders.
There are more available as well.
Then there's Pirates Leauge, and Jedi Training, Both geared towards Boys.
A Villians Meal would appeal to a lot of Adults and Older children, possibly some younger ones.(this would be my personal Favorite to be honest)
A Toy Story meal would appeal to everybody, and make Boys feel they had their own meal.
I honestly think a Hero meal would make a great Boy option (Hercules, Aladdin, Beast, Couple Princes, Flynn Ryder etc...)
After all is said and done I think Disney does a great job offering a variety of things for both Boys and Girls. I could go through all the different rides, shows and attractions but Im sure you all can figure them out
