I have 7% Chase Offer for Food Lion. Does anyone have success buying DGC there and getting the offer to pay? I'm not sure if Food Lion reports detailed/level 3 data to Chase and excludes gift cards? It doesn't explicitly exclude gift cards but it does exclude some items like alcohol, tobacco, etc.
