Changes to kid's menu- picky eater

We are veterans when it comes to the World, but we haven't been in 2 years because DH was in the radiology program - he finished in Sept 07 so WDW here we come (in August ) We have 2 pretty picky eater (one more so than the other) but on vacation, chicken fingers and fries are THE meal of choice for the 12 yr old. I was perusing the menus for kids and it listed grilled chicken on many of them- he won't eat that!! Are chicken fingers still available at most places- like buffets? DS#1 lives on chicken fingers and pizza.

I think every buffet we have had has had fingers and fries, along with mac & cheese & pizza. I know that Chef Mickeys and Cape May have them. I guess I'm lucky in that my kids eat a variety of food.

I have a couple of picky eaters also. My DS will eat chicken, burgers, fries, and that's about it. DD is a little worse, especially when it comes to the Disney kids menus. DD does not eat meat. She just doesn't like it, at all! That rules out anything with meat in it. Then they have to Mac and Cheese, but she won't eat that either. She says it is gross. She pretty much lived on french fries at our meals last time. This year she turns 10 before we go and since we are on the DDP she is considered an adult and will be allowed to order off the adult menu. I think we will have a better time finding something that she will eat now. If your DS is 12 then he will be able to order off the adult menu too. He might be able to find something that appeals to him a little more than just the standard kids menu.
