I travel through Logal Terminal A frequently and have noticed the 'chat down'! I had no idea that it was only there though!! I think its a critical step in the security process - I hope that it works!

I also like the idea of sending people through a second time for a screening before the pat down...

It would be GREAT to not have to take off my kids shoes!!!!!!!!!
