cat-1 roy suite

my wife & i booked cat 1 in jul of 01 for oct of 02. i read on here
before that you can arrange for a few things before the cruise
through the concierge. what can you arrange and how far inadvance. also - we are on the land/sea (3/4) and were told
that we could not book 4 day in cat 1 without land/sea combo.
is this true????

1st of all congratulations on booking one of the finest suites at sea. I guarantee that it will exceed your expectations and no matter how wonderful you think the suite is, you will find it to be better than you can imagine. We booked the Roy suite for a 4 day only cruise (after much correspondance and many phone calls - seems that Floridian Hotel has the 1st shot at the royal suites so that they can combine them with a 3 day hotel stay). If you have any questions about the suite or would like to see some of our pictures of the suite, e-mail me and I will send them to you. We are booked in the Walt suite for 11/2/2002 (we booked it over 1 year ago - 2 years in advance but could not get the Roy suite as it was already taken and so we had to SETTLE for the Walt suite).
