The longer Cindy is on the stand and the more she says, the better I feel about the jury not buying this complete turnaround. As someone on another board said, I think JB overplayed his hand. Sometimes less is more.

What is "Special Recess" for jurors?

It is for the jurors who smoke so they can go outside and have a cigarette.

I was too busy on the Budget Boards and then ordering packing cubes from ebags and didn't get to put on the trial until now.

I really wouldnt worry to much, the jury recalls her blowing Baez right out of the water when she testified she put the ladder away. And if she decides to change her story they will know how much mother and daughter are alike. They wont take anything that side has to say. Actions speak louder than words.

OK, we have some great people here who can come up with scenarios.

What's the scenario when ICA gets out after this train wreck? If I recall there were protester's and others at their house after the initial reporting of the child missing. What happens when ICA goes back to living her life at that house?

That's what I'm counting on. I think Cindy went way too far with her newly -found memory of meaningless details and contradicted her earlier testimony and deposition so much that the jury won't give her any credibility at all.
