What is the point of no blood evidence? Being suffocated doesn't spill blood and the State never entered blood into question

My guess is they are laying the foundation for the accidental drowning defense, no blood=drowning.

I'm so jealous!! Breakfast at Kona ... my favorite place for breakfast in all of WDW!!! Stuffed French Toast, Kona coffee.


On a previous post, Starbucks Pike Place coffee, is it a bold coffee? I've seen it at the store and I've wondered about it. My stomach can't handle bold or strong coffees.

I bought some Entenmanns coffee a little while back. That and Dunkin' Donuts Cinnamon and Spice.

I'm getting Tonga Toast and a press pot!

Pike Place is dark, but not too dark. I like a sort of medium roast, and I love Pike Place. Very smooth. I just got Breakfast Blend because my friend who is coming to stay with us likes light and mild, and it is too light for me, and sort of tangy. I also like Dunkin Donuts original roast, and Joffery's.

Wonder if he's gonna try to go with chlorine is the stain on the pants???

Chlorine will bleach fabric....so if the Pants are anything but white, I don't think bleach can "stain" without lightening the area it where it touched.

(clorox et. al. : Chlorine Bleach...plus I have had bleach stains from pool chlorine that splattered)

so why is he now a defence witness?

defence had a chance to cross him so why are they calling him as their witness?

Because a cross examination is limited to only why was discussed. If Baez has any questions out of scope of the examination by prosecution, then he has to call that witness when he presentS.

And Prosecution can only address what Baez covers when they cross. Probably why they get an opportunity to rebut, maybe?

OK Baez obviously didn't take the course on don't lose the jury in the evidence. I was really excited about today and now I feel like I'm falling asleep. I can't keep up and I even LIKE the technical evidence/witnesses.

There was a picture of her pants and a stain.. think the witness Seubert said though it was brown/yellow. But in the picture they looked a little like a bleach stain to me.

I see I'm going to have get back to WDW someday. It's been so long since I've been that I forgot what my favorite breakfast meal was actually called. It's the same as yours. There's some juice that I like to order too. I don't dare try to remember what it's called. I don't think it's a plain orange juice though.

Hm, I might have to try the Pike's Place next time. If it's too bold for me DH will drink it. He goes for the Starbucks X-Bold blends. Way too strong for me. If I drank any of his coffee I'd have to have a little coffee with my creamer.

I already had a Mountain Dew this morning. It was Super Nova - strawberry, melon and ginseng - but honestly, this testimony is going to put me to sleep even having had all that caffeine and sugar.
