Cars?

I've seen trailers for the film and without a doubt I'll see it the first weekend it comes out, but I'll just be going because it's Disney/Pixar. Has anyone come across the plot of this film at all? The trailers show some scenes that are similar to NASCAR and then you've got this old beat up truck making jokes with a great country accent but that's all I get. I'd just like to know a little more going in (I had the same feeling before the Incredibles, not really having an idea of what the film was going to be)

Based on the coming attractions it looks like Home on the Range all over again... but ya never know...it could've just been a few really bad teaser trailers.

Basically, it's about this hot-shot NASCAR race car on the fast track to fame, but he ends up taking a wrong turn and ends up in this sleepy town. The cars there give the race car a taste of what he's been missing in his fast-paced life.

So, assuming that's correct, it's about slowing down to see what life is really all about.
