Carousel of Progress?

I read in an All Ears newletter from Deb Wills that the Carousel of Progress in Magic Kingdom's Tomorrowland reopens on June 22 for the summer. Does anyone know what 'the summer' includes? Are the hours for the attraction the same as other attractions in Tomorrowland or does it have reduced hours. We will be there Aug. 15-22 and I would love to see this attraction before it is closed permanently. We were there at the end of June 2000 and at the end of August 2002 and both times were unable to view it. I just wondered if anyone knew more details. Thanks.

We were there last August, mid month, and were able to see it. I can't tell you, what the hours of operation were or what they will be when you go but I hope you get to see it! I also hope they never close it down for good but you never know, SO SAD!!! I hope you get an answer!

Previously the hours have been something like 11-5 though they can vary them on a daily basis depending on crowds. I definitely would NOT assume it will be open from park opening to closing.

we're going down on thanksgiving and staying through the first week in december. I don't suppose anyone knows the chances of it being open then?

I think it's so cool and I wish it were open more.
