car rental price difference...

how does this happen? I went to carrental.com yesterday,and reserved a car for 138.00 for my trip-
I checked today,and the quotes were all 500+ !!!!!
is that even possible?
different types of cars,different companies popped up, but that is a BIG difference......

Crazy, isn't it? When you see a good price, reserve the car but don't pay. You should be able to change the reservation if something better comes along. Keep checking, especially 7-10 days before you need it.
