Depending on what level you are at right now...
If you are very beginner, need to get motivated, I'll 4th (5th? 6th?) what a lot of others here have recommended and say Leslie Sansone's Walk Away the Pounds. If you have "on demand" with comcast cable, some of her programs are on that for free, too. Or try netflix or even your library. It is really great because you don't need to buy any equpiment to get started, and her moves are easy!
If you are looking to do some strength training, I really like Jari Love. I saw amazing results from using her videos, especially her earlier DVDS (my favorite is Ripped to the Core). For her videos you will need various dumbells (maybe start out with a set of 3#s, 5#s and 8#s--higher weights if you are more advanced).
I've also been doing Pauline Nordin's Butt Bible. The level 1 isn't too difficult, but level 2 is killer. I think it's even harder than level 3, level 3 is just longer
Since I've completed the 6 week program, I've started this week with doing level 2 upper and lower on the same days, for an hour long workout. This week I'll be doing that 3 days per week, then cardio 3 days per week, and a day of rest.
I also use Comcast On demand to fill in any gaps, or to keep myself from getting bored with the same routine. I really like Kendall Hogan for 1/2 hour of cardio when I need variety.
I've tried the Firm in the past, but I'm not too big a fan. I'm very uncoordinated, and found some of their moves too complicated. Seriously, I would end up just standing there, staring at the tv trying to figure out what to do, and tripping over my own feet (dangerous!). Also, I'm not from the south, and found the women's accents a little annoying and distracting.
Off to do my Butt Bible!
