Can you book FP+ without park tickets?

If you have a hotel package, but are buying tickets through Undercover Tourist and don't have them in hand to link to your MDE account before your 60 day window opens... can you still book your FP+? Or do you have to have the park ticket in hand to be able to do that?

You must have park admission linked to MDE in order to make advance FP+ selections. Park admission can either be a package that includes tickets, separately purchased MYW tickets, or Annual Passes.

You must have an admission ticket linked to your account in order to unlock the FP+ system. In order to link an UT admission ticket to your account, you must have it in hand as you will need to enter the number code from the back of the ticket.

You can making dining reservations at 180-day without any type of reservation (room or package). You need to have either a room reservation or a package booked to access the 180+10 feature. You do not need to have tickets linked to your account to use the dining system.

Cool thanks! I have a room booked in January, but am getting an annual pass when I go in November. So I can start booking dining, but won't be able to do fastpass until I have the AP in hand, which I think will be 50ish days before the 2nd trip.

Different variation on a similar question. Can you book FP+ and not use a general park admission ticket. Example being I am going for MVMCP but will also have a 5 day park ticket. I plan on using those five days on different days and actually arriving to MVMCP at 4pm and only using the event ticket for that day. Will I be allowed to make FP+ selections for that day between 4 and 7 when the event starts and also select FP+ for my other 5 days or will it only let me use 5 days of FP selections with a 5 day ticket?

You can only book FPs for the number of ticket days you have, so 5.
