I doubt it, promotions for cash reservations have never been available to DVC reservations before.

If you don't give Disney cash for the room night, you don't get the "Deal" Same thing as "free dining", "ticket upgrade" deals etc....

Also, we do not enjoy "resident" status with timeshare ownership.
