While I don't wish for paper copies -- I am stymied by the current website's layers obscuring this important information. I take every "survey" opportunity presented to submit a low rating on website design, ease of use, ease of finding what I want, etc. Just crazy how many links we must click through to find basic info.
I searched for awhile a month or two ago to find those charts. It's really annoying that it's under such layers even though they still have the sections similar to where they used to have the links. The website could benefit from some improved design flow.
If you hover your mouse on "Plan Vacations", you'll see "Points & Destinations" and "DVC Resorts" under that. It honestly took me 10 seconds to find that link just out of curiosity. No web site is ever perfect, and redesigns can be annoying if you're used to things being a certain way, but often it's necessary as part of a more global strategy.

And that takes you to the check resort availability tool. Then you can click on the view point charts and calculator and then you can click on the years point charts that you want to see. Previously that link took you to the page were your next click was the points charts. That's all we're saying. Why have a link that links back to what was a link on the first level? ie - click on the points chart link takes you to where the CRAP link at the top takes you. That's messy programming.
