Can I still post a picture from my Angelfire website?

My clipart below works from angelfire. How come my picture won't? Can anybody help?

People have problems off and on with Angelfire. You could try posting it as a link instead of an image. Your best bet would be to get a DIS website. It only takes a few minutes. The instructions are in the DIS websites link in my signature.
