Somehow logged in during site maintenance, all my points gone

So, I have a random Hilton Head contract (of which I've sold 2 in the past) and a Boulder Ridge contract (which I've never owned) showing up as Home Resorts/contracts along with my Old Key West contracts now.

Adding to my concern is I just closed on a Beach club contract last week, which is AWOL, and I'm hoping they weren't loading the wrong resort.

I guess I'll need to wait and see how long it takes for Disney IT to resolve this.

Did you buy OTU points this year? If so that could explain Boulder Ridge....

Nope, I haven't bought OTU points for 7 years.

Right now, every contract that has ever been in a membership is showing.

I have to call DVC back tonight about it because they don’t know why.

I can see contracts I sold and contracts that held transferred points when I go to book.

Instead of the two I own, I see 7!

Kinda weird that a purchase of OTU points 7 years ago would show up as a random resort, but only 1 HH contract would show up (I had 2 on the membership), but then DVC IT has always had more glitches than a Wreck It Ralph movie.

Guess we'll see how this plays out.

Mine is - I didn’t want to say anything because all we have are the two old direct contracts!

We sold 1 contract last year and we’ve gotten OTUP the last 2 years and none of those contracts are showing up on my dashboard like it is for others. Haven’t tried booking anything because I don’t need to right low but otherwise it’s acting normal.

Ours is fine minus 2024 and 2025 UY not showing up in the dashboard (they both have 0 balance though). We've bought OTUP 2 or 3 times and they did not randomly start showing up like others. All of our points are direct, I don't know if that could make a difference.

Now that you mention it, the membership with all those contract does currently have a resale contract in it and is the one that I have sold contracts from.

The other one with a resale contract has never had transferred points, OTU points or sold contracts

My third membership is only direct but does have OTU points and I see the temporary for those.

I’ll call today after I get home from work to inquire!!

They fixed the UYs not displaying when there are 0 points available. Curious if anything else was fixed overnight.

You are correct, same here for us as well. I just went into Manage Vacation Points and VDH doesn't show until we get to the 2026 UY. 2024 and 2025 both have 0 in them. SSR displays fine regardless of points.

Both of my UY (Feb/Aug) are now showing the 0 points for 2025/2024 respectively. My Feb UY has 1 direct and 1 resale contract and my Aug UY has only resale contracts.

I have the same issue but not related to OKW or VDH since I don't own either.

The "initial" (i.e., the XXXX.0) contract is showing up even if it has zero points. Other contracts with zero points are not. Same situation in both use years, different resorts.

I called and they said that they had no ETA because the migration did not work out as they had hoped and the old system “doesn't exist anymore”. So, it’s a fool’s errand to try to guess when they will be able to gather up all of the missing data and attributes from the old system and feed them into the new migrated system.

Wow…ar least it explains how it could have gone so wrong.

Wow it’s amazing that you can migrate from one system to another and just discard the old one before knowing if the new one actually works as intended. One would have thought that they would have shut down the old system and kept it for at least 3 months to ensure proper transition.
