Can I check in OKW the day before my ressie begins ?

Ressies are at OKW begin March 6. We will be at BWV the three prior days. We are going to the Braves-Mets game on March 6 with the DVC promotion in the VIP lounge and buffet lunch. The buffet starts early, like at 11:00 AM. Can I register at OKW on Saturday ? Has anyone ever registered the day before ?

I'm pretty sure you cannot register the day prior to your arrival date. You can, however, register Sunday before the game. The computers have usually completed their updating by 6:00am, so anytime after that would be okay.

How did you find out about this game? We would have loved to go.

I tried once and was rejected. We were staying in a two bedroom, and the next day were changing rooms to a grand villa. Around 1 am, coming back from Downtown Disney, I tried to just get the paperwork done before the morning, and was told we couldn't.

I tried the same thing once, very late the night before. The cast member said that I couldn't register before 4pm. I told her I knew the room wasn't due to be available until then, but not being able to register?? She insisted it was so..

I returned the next morning at 7am and registered... We got into our room by 2pm.

Regard to the game....I got an EMail from DVC. They have 2 games set up. One on the 6th of March against the Mets and Braves and another I think around Mar 20. The cost is $54 per adult and less for children. Includes admision to the VIP lounge at the Ball Park, ticket, a full Buffet lunch, door prizes etc. You are to call 407 939 1418. I did sthis and ordered a ticket, paid by CC. They will mail ticket.

The March 6 game is now sold out for the DVC program and only a few tickets remain for the March 20 game. If you're interested, I'd call quickly. At the Member's Update this afternoon they announced that the remaining tickets will probably be gone by the end of this week. (These are box seats for the Braves/Cardinals game.)

As for checking into the resort, the front desk doesn't load the reservations into the computer until early morning. Many have asked in the past about checking in after midnight- but the computers aren't usually ready for check-in until 6-7am.
