Can I book a Disney Visa deal for a friend?

I'd like to know this too. My sister is applying for the Disney Visa but hasn't gotten the card yet. Will she have to miss out? I would put the deposit on my card for them. Can I do this???

I think I read somewhere that it wasn't allowed unless the person on the card was on the reservation? I don't know if that still holds true though?

I have done this for a friend. The CM just got me on the line as well and asked my permission to use my credit card.
