I have been getting dizzy and having headaches for the past few weeks and I am seriously wondering if the diet is the reason. Before I started dieting I ate sweets on a daily basis. Not anything huge like a whole cake or anything
but ice cream, or maybe cookies.....I also ate chips and a lot of fast foods like burgers and fries etc.
Well now since I'm dieting I eat salads, veggie chili, Fat free this and that, fat free ice cream or yogurt at times but no fast food type things...so I have pretty much changed my eating 100 Percent.
Could this effect(affect) my blood sugar??
