How crowded will it really be the third week of March? My oldest son is in college and didn't make our trip last fall. He is dying to go and the only time we can all go together is the week of March 15th. So for all of you who have braved the spring break crowds during that time, what do you think? We are used to being there in Sept. and Oct. when the crowds are very low.

Thanks!!

That is the week we went last year.

It was the busiest I'd ever seen at WDW.

But was still manageable with FP's, ADR's, and patience.

And rope drop. I usually go Memorial DAy weekend and it's always mobbed, but I never had a problem seeing everything I wanted to if I was there at rope dropped and made good use of FP.

I'll be there 3/19-24, so I'm preparing myself for the worst, but we're definitely looking forward to taking advantage of EMH at MK.

It's best to just accept crowds as part of the disney experience. If you get there when it's slower it's a bonus.

We went the week after Easter last year which was 9-10's on the Crowd Calandar. It was really crowded, but as long as you get there at Rope Drop and use FP's wisely, it was manageable. The lines were crazy long by 1-2pm but that is when we would be leaving....and we did everything we wanted to do that week.

We went last year 3/13-3/20 and it was crazy busy (4/7 deal plus a gift card.) Our strategy was to avoid the EMH parks, but we encountered huge crowds every day. Maybe we should have gone to the park that opened at 8:00am and at least beaten some people!

We fastpassed our favorites and had a wonderful trip.

The weather was perfect however.

If you are staying a week, I recommend a day to sleep in somewhere in the middle of the trip. Just chill by the pool or go offsite if possible.

Enjoy!
