I saw a few threads started by folks on the very friendly POLY FAQ thread that were just like this, but none yet for September. So...Here it is!

If you'd like, share your dates, room requests, plans...whatever you like.:goodvibes

Lets all count down together!!:wizard:

My family is arriving at the Hilton DTD on 9/18 and attending MNSSHP that night. We check into Poly on the 19th-26th. We are GV, only request was a balcony. Hoping for :wizard: on my building assignment.

UPDATED VISITOR LIST PAGE 4, POST 50

We are there from the 11th to the 19th. This will be our first time staying at the Poly and cant wait!! I am really looking forward to taking pictures of Wishes from the beach with my new DSLR....of course I cant wait for all the other ambiance of the Poly too!

We will be there from the 23rd to the 30th! This is our 3rd time at Poly - we LOVE it - it's our new fav!! We have requested Raratonga, to be closer to GCH/monorail/busses.

We will be doing MNSSHP too! Our 2nd time for this party - it's our fav too!

We will be there Sept. 27th-Oct. 3rd. Haven't made a request yet! Doing MNSSHP on Oct. 1st!! Thanks for this thread!! I can't wait to see who else is going in September. :)

We'll be there from 9/11 to 9/18. Staying CL for the first time! Celebrating a first wedding anniversary and two first timers to WDW!

:confused3I have our entire trip planned out with ADRs and everything, and I have for quite some time.
Today, DH says we may need to push it back b/c his boss is going on maternity leave for 3 months starting July and they want him to take over her job to see if he may be interested in a promotion. This happens to also be the busiest time of the year for his company. UGGHH!
So he suggested October, but I think if we have to push it back we should wait until early December. I am all about low crowds and value season!
The only good thing is that I have the 40% PIN thur Dec 16.
Keep your fingers crossed that we are still Sept Poly Disers!

FIRST TIME POLY STAY!! GARDEN VIEW CLUB LEVEL!!
We are going September 5th - September 11th

We're first-timers too.

Sept 18 - 26.

GV room.

Thinking about requesting balcony. That way, when kiddos go to sleep, we'll sit in the hot and humid FL weather and sweat and relax. :lmao:

I just hope our trip does not need to get cancelled. My DH has 3 partners and 2 of them are leaving in July- August and the third one is already completely flaking out. I'm very excited about this trip. I have all my ADRs, I have my schedule, my plans and I know I will just be really disapointed if we have to cancel.

We are there the same time as you, only the 19-25th. We also may have to postpone b/c of DH's job. Geesh- these men and their work obligations!:confused3

We can feel each other's pain! :scared:

On the positive side, if we do make it, I'll probably appreciate it more because of the ongoing threat of cancellation/postponement.

I hope we can hang out at the volcano pool, drink some Lapu Lapus and watch the fireworks from the :beach: THIS SEPTEMBER!

Yeah!!! I've NEVER gone to Disney in September before. I went in July for the longest time due to all the kiddos (meaning ME or my brothers/sisters/nieces/etc.) being in school. Then when I had my kids, we went once in July and my children and husband were so miserable that we went in April/May after that. We love that time frame but this year, we had friends that wanted to go and we all settled on September. I know it is hotter & more humid than April/May but I'm hoping that the parks aren't as full as July so it might be more tolerable. Or we'll just be sipping pina colavas by the pool all day :)

I have been twice in Sept and the rides were all walk on. No crowds whatsoever!:thumbsup2 That is why we are sticking with it, not to mention it is value season.:goodvibes

Joining in - just switched us to the Poly for the second half of our Aug/Sept stay :cool1: We'll be there 8/31-9/4. We were originally booked at Bay Lake Tower, but I started looking at pics of the Poly and just couldn't help myself - it looks so beautiful!!!

We booked GV CL (since we were planning to have a kitchen at BLT, I figured we'll need the extra food, and now I won't have to cook it :rolleyes1)

I'm so excited- we've never stayed at a monorail resort before, and never stayed club level - I'm afraid we're going to get spoiled :goodvibes

Oops, need to go change my ticker.....

I'm hoping for that!! Although we'll be there the week before Labor Day, so I'm guessing it'll be a bit more crowded. Hopefully most kids will already be back in school though. We're starting after Labor Day this year, but only because our middle schools are under construction.
