Calling all Princesses! (2014 Princess half marathon board)

As I said before, that is what I've heard. Nothing is set in stone and things can always change, especially if the demand is extremely high.

Thanks Dan, I won't be upset if they don't have early registration for passholders. I think that we are going to go in May anyway for the Flower and Garden show. It will be an added bonus if they do have early registration.

If it says on the website, then it must be true what I heard about early registration. That's good, especially since I think it will go quick this year. If all comes true, it will be smaller than last year's race, more corrals and there is always a higher demand, which is why I see a 10k added, and maybe 3000 spots for a challenge, which will be very high demand, any early registration is a big plus.

I purchased a pair of Nike comfort sandals at the phm expo. I think I paid just about $40 for them. They are super comfy...

Well, today they are on sale at JcPenney.com Using the code 4FRIENDS it brings them down to $16 before shipping and tax. Having them shipped to the store instead of home gives free shipping.

so I was able to get two (sizes and colors are running low though..) for less than the price I paid for one at the expo.

Thanks everyone for all of the tips on fuel and hydration! I think I'll stick with what I'm doing until I make it past my 5K (which I'm about to sign up for )! Then as I increase my mileage I can experiment with the different gels/chews/beans until I find what I like. Thanks so much for all the support here! It really helps keep me motivated and focused.

Hi!

I am looking into the Princess Half and have a question for those who have done it before. Considering where the start is, would staying at Boardwalk Villas be worth it? Or would it be fine to stay at Old Key West?
On the course map, it seems like a decent walk to to the start from BWV. Not really sure where the bus from OKW would drop off and pick up after.
