Yep, that is confusing, huh? I "won" the hopper passes in a silent auction so I actually had to pay for them. I won won these baskets!

Please send some prayers and pixie dust my way. I am leaving for the airport in about one hour heading to a conference in Washington, DC. I am not fond of flying and it looks like it could be a bumpy ride through some rain storms. I feel sick.

Welcome to our new friends!

My day was nice yesterday, ended up going out to lunch with my Mom. She is very down because they told her that she will need chemo after-all. I guess the type of cancer is very rare and does not respond to radiation.

Our room at POP ROCKED! we were literally the FIRST room in the 70s section NEXT to the Classic Hall!! (it didn't start out that way though!!)

Trippie and photos to come tomorrow most likely! I have kids that are NOT happy to be home next to me. Autumn is crying and wanting to go back.
She's breaking my heart!!

slo I bet Stephanie would like Spiderwick! Hunter used to get scared until it sunk in that all the scary stuff is all computerized! Which I remind him of that when needed when watching something that might be a little scary. He didn't jump at all. But I did!!!
He really enjoyed seeing the new Indiana Jones preview!! He loves those movies!! And already has some of the new Lego sets from the movies. The kid's addicted!!

If you go to your user control panel and click edit options, you can set it so that any thread you post on is automatically subscribed to. That's how mine is set up. Quoting the description from that section...

When you post a new thread, or reply to a topic, you can choose to automatically add that thread to your list of subscribed threads, with the option to receive email notification of new replies to that thread.
Do not subscribe No email notification Instant email notification Daily email notification Weekly email notification.

you should receive the email notifications when a new post has been made.
make sure you select that option.

but, sometime back none of us received the notifications and we were lost without it.

you can also go to the CP and click there to connect to your subscriptions.

just think, daylight savings time begins saturday night and it will be the first time i can remember of having snow outside.

Welcome home DMM. Waiting for the pix. Can't stand the wait!!! Too bad the kids aren't happy to be home again. Mine always love going on vacation, but by the time Commando Mom has dragged them everywhere and kept them up late, they are pretty happy to get home. (This year may be different-we get home from our August WDW trip just 2 days before they return to school. They may be begging to go back.) Maybe you could put on some home videos of your trips - maybe they will feel like they are back there again. Unfortunately, no cure for the weather here. You were supposed to come home and bring the weather back with you.
DS good luck with the midterms and thesis. How are things in DeKalb? I hope the kids are working towards getting back to some sort of normal.
Mac, much snow by you? We are enjoying a lovely sunny afternoon. I am about to take the out for a much needed walk before the sun disappears.

Bunchkin, how's your afternoon going? Any chance you are going to try to go to the Marcus showing of Waterhorse? I think I may take Kellie out of practice early and go to that one. It's a week from Saturday. My last chance to use my free passes from Christmas. I can't believe all that time has passed and we didn't get to one of those Frosty Fliks yet.
Well, I guess I will flip the and head out for that walk. The clouds seems to be crowding into my sunny space!!!! I need to enjoy what little nice weather we have.

Welcome all the new members.

I was trying to ignore the change of time this weekend (Hey, it's not listed on my calendar therefore it's not happening!). I'm really dreading it because DD has another gymnastics meet and it's a home meet. It starts at 8:00 AM. She has her play the night before with cast party until 9:30 PM (after being in a St. Patrick's day parade)...are you seeing a problem here?
It's not going to be a fun day. She's awful to wake up normally. I don't even want to know what she will be like Sunday.

By the way, if anyone wants to see DD doing her gymnastics I have videos/pictures of it up for her last 2 meets (just remember I'm NOT a professional with the videotaping -- it's my digital camera so it is what it is). The pictures were taking by a professional though.
