I’ll be staying at Disney’s Beach Club Villas in a 1 Bedroom Villa for 6 nights in late September and I’d love some advice from the experts here on where to request.

My priorities are:

Full balcony (I just learned that not all rooms have them at BCV)

Proximity to Epcot walkway for Food & Wine Festival evenings

Ideally quiet location away from heavy foot traffic, but still relatively convenient to lobby.

For those who have stayed in a BCV 1-BR recently, are there particular room numbers, floors, or view types you’d recommend requesting that check all or most of these boxes?

Thanks in advance!

If you want a full balcony, you definitely don't want Rm.347 That balcony was smaller than any studio we'd ever had! There were 2 balconies, good because neither balcony held more than one person and there were 2 of us.
But I can't say that all third floor 1 BRs have small balconies. 329 was the other one we had with a much nicer balcony and close to the elevator.

Full balcony: 2nd floor. Other floors totally random and most likely won’t be.

Quieter side : Woods/Courtyard side. (Eastern side of building). The pool side (western side may get more noise and will get the afternoon sun).

Really not much foot traffic to worry about here. Everyone will be coming & going from their rooms. Not an area people cut through to anything.

As far as dedicated villas, most happen to be on that pool side. (No noise from under that connecting door to a lockoff. When got rid of carpet, doors are the same, with a lower slight gap).

Second floor dedicated: pool side are 210, 236, 238, and 266 (266 & X66 stack right next to an elevator). Other side just 209. (But it sits above the short extended roof of the building main entrance).

Closer to the main resort would be room number less than 257. The farther wing goes up to 274 for One Bedrooms). Main elevators are right next to 220 & that X20 one bedroom stack).

Other one bedrooms are connected to a lockoff studio on second floor. Quietest area might be 245 & 247. Some like the direction 229 & that X29 stack face, toward EPCOT but there is one of the smoking areas off that way along the walkway that might not be good. (Other smoking area is near bbq area on pool side).

Dedicated I would still be good with 209. Or since I like that green grass courtyard between the buildings would pick 203.

Sorry for so much to digest. Look up & search building maps and pictures of the outside to assist you.
