Call Wait Times

Yesterday's call resulted in the message that my call wait time would be over two hours. That seemed excessive, and so I moved on with my day.

This morning's message: 167 minutes.

My mind is awash with distinctly un-magical thoughts.

You’re competing with AP and DVC guests trying to make Galactic Starcruiser reservations. They’ve been using all phone lines to verify eligibility before sending them to the actual reservation line. Pretty sure they didn’t think this through.

Even before this, call wait times have been excessive for several months. This summer, when I renewed my AP before the changes, it took me 4 days calling before I got a wait time under 2 hours. The CMs said they were swamped.
