Calif Grill seating

We have PS for Calif Grill for the first time for our upcoming trip. We made them for 9:00 (the only time available when I made the PS) hoping to see Wishes (which are scheduled for 9:00 also).

Two questions. If we get there early, do you think there is a chance for us to be seated when Wishes starts and secondly, can you see the fireworks from all of the tables or is it luck of the draw as to whether you can see them?

It may depend on your party size. I have gone early twice and have been seated early both times, but we are a party of 2. If you don't get seated by the window, don't worry about it, just go outside and watch from there. Have a GREAT time.

I would rearrange your PS for 8.30, that way you will be seated when Wishes starts. We didn't get a good seat, but it was romantic to watch it with DH from the roof of the CG outside.

I'd go put my name in early and see. Remember PS means you're first in line for a table that comes available, not that you've got a table waiting on you... and in my experience, turnover shortly before or during the fireworks slows WAY down.
