We are staying off property. Can we take a cab to the parks or do we have to rent a car?

We usually have my moms car but she is not coming along this time.

Just trying to figure out the best way to do it. We only go to the park 3 days.

Thanks for the help.

You can take cabs, but it's going to be very expensive - more expensive than renting a car. Of course it depends on exactly where you're staying, but you should count on spending at least $100 per round trip. You can look up fares at taxifarfinder.com

To go to MK the fastest way to cab is to take a cab to the Contemporary and walk to MK. Cab to MK will drop off at TTC.

You might want to price out fare. There are probably different various fare estimates, but here is the one for Mears: http://www.mearstransportation.com/taxi-services/taxi-fare-estimator/.

Then you can check to see if you could get a cheaper car rental or not. Just remember, that unless you have an AP, you will also have to pay the $15 per day for parking at the parks so I would add that in on the the rental side. I would also add an estimate on tips on the taxi side when comparing.
